I already have a search bar. Why do I need this?
Having a search bar isn’t the same as having one that understands your customers. If someone describes what they need and finds nothing, that sale is lost. The best way to find out is to try the same searches in your search and in Fallwen. That’s what we do in the demo.
WooCommerce already comes with a search. Isn’t that enough?
For small stores and searches by exact name, it may be. When there are lots of products or customers describe what they need, it falls short. We show you with your catalog so you can decide with the results in front of you.
How will I know if it really helps me?
With your numbers. Before we start, we look at how your search works. With Fallwen up and running, you see in your statistics what your customers search for, what they find and how much you sell through search.
Why don’t you promise a percentage improvement like others do?
Because every store is different, and we’d rather show you your real results than promise you someone else’s.
What does the shopping assistant do?
Your customers ask it what they need, for example “I’m looking for something for a beach wedding” or “what goes with this?”, and the assistant suggests products from your catalog, with photos. It’s available at any time.
Ease of use
Do I have to change anything in my store?
No. You keep managing your products in WooCommerce as usual, and Fallwen updates itself.
Do I have to fill in or rewrite my product pages?
No. Fallwen works with the product pages you already have: name, description and photo. From there, it understands each product and creates the filters.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. We guide you through the installation and setup.
Does it work with my platform?
Fallwen has a plugin for WooCommerce. For other platforms, we build a custom integration. Tell us yours when you sign up.
Does it work if my store is in English or another language?
Yes. Fallwen works with stores in Spanish, English or any other language. Your customers search in your store’s language and find things just as well.
Will my store get slower?
No. Fallwen runs on our servers, so your store doesn’t carry the load of the searches. And it responds very fast: 22 milliseconds on average in a real store.
Trust
What if it shows products that have nothing to do with the search?
Fallwen only shows products from your catalog. You can review what it has understood about each product, and in your statistics you see what people search for and what they find.
Can the assistant recommend products I don’t have?
No. The assistant always searches your catalog and only suggests products from your store.
Can I review what Fallwen understands about my products?
Yes. You can see the information Fallwen has identified for each product.
What happens to my store’s data?
We use your product information only so your customers can find your products. All data is hosted on servers in the European Union and we process it in line with the GDPR. You’ll find the details in the privacy policy.
If I’m not convinced, can I go back?
Yes. Your products stay in WooCommerce, unchanged. If you stop using Fallwen, you switch your usual search back on and that’s it.
